Considering how tired I was (and still am) this weekend, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out 8'D I was so tired my sketch was pretty half-hearted early on which made me think "oh no this aint gonna be good". But after I cleaned it up, it got better and I rEALLY WENT FOR IT and this is why I love doing what I do
Also more colour problems! I've been struggling to have more colour in my bgs based on the mood, maybe because I don't know what colours to use or try too hard to prevent the bg from blending with the characters, I'm not too sure yet |'3
Then I found Zombietale and oh my wow their style is amazing with LOADS of colour moods OAO/ Go check it out!

Sans can tell how many times somebody died from the look on their face. Pretty sure they can tell that isn't Papyrus. He just wouldn't be able to explain it

For me I feel that applies in the Judgement Hall where he can tell from the frustration on their face. I imagine it wouldn't be as easy if the human (let alone another monster) is pretty neutral and in a situation where he doesn't expect it.
Also the thing is Papyrus dies when he's killed in the genocide timelines too ;D
There might be a difference in numbers sure but it's not crystal clear!

I just started to read this and I think it is time for me to quietly nope away. Oh my freaking GOSH is this horribly sad. The thing that is killing me the most is that Papyrus doesn't really show any fear of the fact that he's dying, but he just straight goes to beg SwapPap to make Sans believe that Papyrus IS still alive. He is such a precious brother, goshdarnit. This is ruining me, honestly.
Anyway... your art style is wonderful and I simply love the way you draw both of the Papyruses. <3

A lot of people go with a route that avoids such subterfuge and generally tries to squeeze as much out of the character in question being themselves. The fact that you have that person pretending to be someone from another universe is clever and really quite refreshing. ^-^
