Fudogs are amazing. I was using some cheap sketchbook. The paper eats up the inks more.
Tips, uhm. practice, experiment. Experiment I find is a key with markers. You need to understand how this brand of markers works with that kind of paper. Markers can leak into the paper which is very frustrating after nursing the lines for too long. I find I can stop this problem when I put extra weight then normal on my lines. Lines MUST me waterproof pen. Otherwise that is a hilarious reaction to the markers.

I have always loved the more abstract geometrical representations of animals... like tibetan masks, haida wolf mask, etcetc, and this wonderful design showcases all the things I love about these forms of art perfectly!
