Description
This is the cover art for Sonic The Comic Online Issue 226, released on the internet in September 2003. This image was my first attempt at drawing Tikal and one of the Echidna Robots from the STC Sonic universe too, which proved to be a bit of an enjoyable challenge.This picture is getting on a bit and in my opinion is very dated compared to my work nowadays. It's still a favourite of mine though, so up it goes.

Great picture! Sonic is drawn perfectly and I'm wondering what Tikal is looking at that's worse than the machine behind them.

I remember thinking "Poor robot. He's about to meet Super for probably the first and last time" the first time I saw the cover.

i love ll the work you do on stc online, its really amazing, i love the way tikal looks in this pic, her hair is so much shorter than the way i draw it, i think it looks really cool, and the glow on the robot's visor thing loooks perfect too.

darnit..you draw those echidna robots better then i can. neat colouring too, looks better without all the cover blurb covering the image. ^^
