Several people have mentioned that my cartoonish Severus Snape and Emperor Zurg look kind of similar. I was in sugar high the other day and sketched this pic where the "artist" and the two opponents quarrel about certain similarities.The height differences look kind of absurd: Zurg is over seven feet tall, Snape is in a way croughing, and well... li'l EJ could use a few inches more naturally.
Not my best stuff, but it's just kind of sketch with a bit computer-added shadow.

Jesus wept! I'm used to seeing Snape as a handsom gent, so this is a bit of a shocker. (Especially when played by Rickman... Rowr.) I had always secretly prayed that there was an effeminate bishounen to go along with the weak-wristed girlyness of Zurg's whole general manner.. Where is t3h pretty?
That aside, it is quite a funny picture! The shading is nice, as well. Nice job on the fabric wrinkles as well.

I know, people usually depict Snape as some type of bishounen. That's why I decided to go slightly the other way, regarding that Rowling really doesn't describe him being any pretty boy. I didn't really like the movies, so I didn't turn to Rickman to take model.
As for Zurg, I have better pictures of him (for example this).
Here he's just drawn to have that ultra-lopsided shocked grimace, that's why his face looks kind of warped lol.

Hmm now might Zurg and Snape shop in the same store? I believe Snape buys his clothes from Diagon Alley or nearby, but who knows if there's somewhere a li'l backstreet shop that sells gloriously purple robes and majestic black capes to match them...

Yeah I was pretty much laughing at Zurg's expression myself too. I was probably thinking about his weirdly stretching helmet instead of a real face when I drew that expression.
Empress had an optional line about the whole erasing thingy. But I had finished the pic already when she uttered it, so I couldn't repair it any more. But anyways, EJ's last line could go also "And if you insult my nose again, I'll erase yours off completely! Now what would that look like? Mighty Zurg with no nose! Ha!"
