After a very long journey, he found it ! He have the keys. But what is behind this door ? A lost city of gold ; Eldorado ? A sacred place ? The entry of an alien aircraft ? Mystery 
I read a few days ago a very interesting journal written for projecteducate by GrumpyAnise :

I wanted to paint an illustration for my 1st "DA birthday" and I had the idea of a gate, a door. I tried to apply that I read in the journal and I admit it helped me a lot
Then I thank GrumpyAnise !
I'll publish a journal the next week to talk more about the event I want to host.
However, I'm not sure of myself, maybe some things could be fixed or improved.
Is the light ray a good idea ? Do I need to further detail the door plan and the background ?

Oui l'art est un domaine où il est parfois préférable de mettre son cerveau en veille pour obtenir de meilleurs résultats.

Le ciel est magnifique, mais l'ensemble est peut-être un poil pale : il y a des ombres très marqué sur le personnage ou au premier plan, mais c'est pas un noir, noir. Et c'est trop marqué et net pour être une ombre diffuse à travers la brume.
Enfin j'y connais pas grand chose, je dis peut-être n'imp, mais c'est l'impression que ça me donne.
En dehors de ça, comme je disais, le ciel est superbe, et cette porte très intrigante. La pose le fait bien, ça capture bien ce côté découverte après un long périple je trouve.

I like the darkness of the picture with the light golden door in contrast so your eyes are immediately drawn to it. Very nicely done along with nice atmosphere and storytelling, the clouds are really nicely done as well! So you are doing a special event for your DeviantArt anniversary? Sounds interesting!
