Description
A quick sketch I did some time ago.
Β My characters Enorach and Lars showing a softer side.They are extremely close friends and trust each other completely, which means they are not afraid of showing their emotions to the other. No clue what happened to Enorach here, but in case it wasn't obvious that poor cat has some issues, so maybe he just felt like crying for no reason at all.
Lars will just have to console him, I guess.

But yea... After reading his background, I don't doubt it, HEY! Got tons of those myself. Fortunately for him, he has a friend like Lars, to help him through these times. We can't pick how we start out, but we can choose how we deal with the wrongs that befell us, that weren't out fault.

I don't know the why, but when I see this draw, I think that they have been angry with each other for something serious and it seemed that they were not going to forgive ever again, then more later, a mysterious person appear to both and sings this song to each in different places -  www.youtube.com/watch?v=pW-Njf⦠(Is a Spanish music, but the words be in the description).
They reconsider and make the peaces again.

Anyway, Enorach HAS to have been remembering his tragic past as a slave. All the abuse he must've endured, it must've taken its toll on him by now. Lars is probably telling him it wasn't his (Enorach's) fault.

Alas, unfortunately I've never seen it! I'll see what it's about though.
Quite a lot of things. He was forced to fight in an arena, so he killed a bunch of people that didn't deserve it, and also he feels guilty for surviving, in a way. He feels like he doesn't deserve to be alive while all the other slaves he knew are dead.

I like this because something that I enjoy greatly is the idea the individuals from completely different species can be this close. The idea that friendship can overcome whatever differences may exist is something that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

This sketch is both heart Warming and heart breaking at the same time.
Iβm glad to see that Enorach have someone to comfort him, but also it makes me wonder what happened to Enorach?
He seemed to me to be hardened by life and seeing this in such state makes me feel really sorry for him.
