I was wondering if you could do a tutorial for a noob like me. I have already isolated an item from a model (a Duel Disk) in this case. Therefore the duel disk is its own PMX file.

What I want to do is either make this duel disk into an accessory so any model can use it.

Or

If there is a way in PMX editor to attach this Duel Disk to one of the bones or joints on the arm of a model so it moves with it during a dance.

Thanks in advance

P.S the duel disk was part of the Yami and Yugi models by Omomo but they were never attached to the models themselves, they were separate objects.

You'd attack it in MMD it's self. Loading the model then the dual disk. Tell the duel disk to follow his wrist bone. I am pretty sure you can use a microphone tutorial to help you. I normally don't add accessories to my models so it's not something I can remember off hand. But i know the technique for getting microphones to follow models hands can be used for almost anything.

Think you can help if the part isn't completely following the physic? I'm not sure what part of the limitations to change to fix this: [link]

they help with the model physics. think of them kind of like weights that keep the model's hair, clothes, ect from flying all over the place.

Err, two things though, if I wanted to make an outfit/hair move fluidly (like say she's dancing) would I click limitation or spring constant...and how much?
