Description
So, I thought I might as well make a tutorial series alongside the other series. As an update, these are all the series of submissions I currently have ongoing -1. Tutorials
2. Learning to Draw
3. Learning 2d animation
4. Doodles and stuff
5. 3d animation
Also, I recently did a writeup about my experience working as the lead animator on a short film competition. Check it out if you are interested!
This is a tutorial about how to sketch poses, or rather, how I sketch poses. This is a drawing I did quite a while ago, way back last year in November, so there are tons of mistakes I see in it now. However, it works enough to illustrate how I draw, and how to draw is the focus of this tutorial, not what to draw - I am not advanced enough to make a tutorial on that yet. What I show in this tutorial is what I've learnt to do over my journey into learning digital art. It may or may not be the ideal method to work. It works well so far, but if you have any feedback or suggestions/critique about it, please lemme know! I always appreciate constructive criticism!
Lemme know what you all think!

Nice tutorial. But i will suggest you adding to the gesture more flow, like using curved lines. Because you already did stiff gesture in a beginning you ended up with a stiff one also. Try making gesture drawing with few lines using straights, curvy lines/ S lines etc. Focus on the flow at first, and then on details.Β
Also, keep drawing ^^.
P.S. here is one of a drawing i did this morning in my gesture/pose sessionΒ postimg.org/image/bwljfs02d/ . It's totally explains what i am talking about.
