In the last four or five weeks of my Illustration 3 class at AAU, I dove into learning FLASH, with my final assignment being an interactive illustration. Took me a bit to figure it out, but soon I went pretty nuts with it, and even kept working on my assignment for a couple weeks after the semester ended. There was so much I wanted to throw in here, and not near enough time to learn how and pull it all off by the end of the semester. So here's where I'm leaving off with this beast. Honestly, my computer can barely play it now, so I took that as a sign to call it quites. Otherwise, I could spend six months just tweaking and having a blast. It took me an embarrassingly long time to draw, animate, program, and produce this, though. Ugh. I did save some time by taking parts from old illustrations here and there, but have even spent several hours since I posted it on here, fixing bugs, trying to keep the audio synced right to certain animations, no matter how slow or fast it plays on someone's computer. What a pain in the ass.
