my wife is from Eithiopia and she makes a bread like that called endura and I am not sure i spelled it correctly that is how they eat their food by tearing the bread and using it to scope the food. it is very tasty

Injera. It is very tasty, but it's made on a flat surface, not on the curved one shown in the picture.

well I have never seen it made authentic just my wife at home here makes it and it is so good want more of it

We do the same thing here, except we have a lot of different breads like this called roti, naan, paratha, bhakri etc.
