It looked like a Witch killed him in order for him to look like that.
I had Francis die on low health, I accidentally shot him with one pistol bullet and he flomped on the ground XD
I had a Witch incap me and just kept taking baby steps away from me and she was still startled but she was glitched kinda, until the idiots killed her... I was having fun with her... ( )

Have you noticed in every game where you have AI allies AND enemies, your allies are rubbish and the enemies are like, deadly accurate.

Indeed... it's a bit unfair... plus the game seems to try and pull some kind of cheap move that makes you take damage in some way, even if you avoided the blow or move.

The enviroment hurts you as well, I got 4 health points lost from me meleeing a TV XD

I even got killed by a Witch on Easy by swiping at me but she missed and hit a cardboard box which incapped me from afar from where she was. I got incapped and was like "OMGWITCHHAXORZ!"
But I don't mind, it's a Witch after all, they kill you in seconds on Easy anyway.
A bit like getting killed by a cone on Halo 3; you have super strong armour, advanced shields and physical augmentations which makes your bones, muscles and body 10x stronger than a human but, I still had the infamous cone death... XD

Meh, I usually mess up with the controls when playing Halo after L4D, I pressed the left trigger to melee but I threw a grenade at a guy in my face and died XD
