++ Exit to Humanity++ (Behind the Gates of Heaven)
According to some, we approach a blinding light in our dying moments. It consumes, covers, and embraces us. It is what brings us to our next level.
Where exactly does this light lead to, though? If it's the entrance to Heaven, then this photo is looking back through the gates. Go through it and return to Humanity.

This is awesome. Such a great shot. I love the atmosphere it has. The symbolism is excellent - I love the idea of the gates to heaven being in some secluded, dark dingy parking lot. So cool.
The contrast and composition are great. I love the lines coming towards the camera; away from the light. The progression in light works really well. I can imagine heaven being right there and hell being directly behind that camera - all dark and dismall.

I dont understand, the arrow is pointing towards the camera, but the passage is the exit to humanity? Are we already in humanity?

Bloody excellent Nate. This is such a powerful shot. It goes right through me!!! It reminds me of my holiday in may. I went shopping a lot and my aunty always parked in the covered carpark. One of the times leaving, it actually looked like this out of the entry/exit. It was like "seeing the light" for the first time.

The photo itself: I like the bright light at the center, it's not as harsh as I'd expect it to be. I like how we can see the parking lot, except that it's a parking lot =]. I also like the lines radiating out from center, as well as how they curve in the foreground.
