Description
Another league forms...Inspired by the original 1987 Justice League International cover by Kevin Maguire, i spent a while working on this and reworking it, in the end i just told myself to stop. My selection of characters is based pretty much on characters i like.
As a team they would be quite formidable with two characters with financial muscle ( Power Girl and Crimson Fox are wealthy business owners ) three kyptonian class powerhouses ( Powergirl, Captain Atom and Maxima ), a telepath ( Maxima is also powerful telepath ) a technopath ( Rocket Red's apokaliptan battle suit can access and control technology ) a speedster ( Flash ), a geo-kinetic ( Atlee ), and a psychologist ( Harley Quinn, because why not ? she's friends with both Karen Starr and Atlee after all ).

I kind of see it as she would have wanted to join with Atlee and Power Girl, and refusing to leave they eventually let her join

I like how they make her a prankster on DC SUPERHERO GIRLS. I guess she could work as somebody who's always playing pranks on the other heroes.
