DC'c Modern Era ( 1986-2011 ) Captain Atom, finding that he was turned into an anomaly by being within the timestream during the Flashpoint event finally catches up with the man apparently responsible for erasing his friends, family, and existence.They have a 'discussion'. Captain Atom had a better argument.
( Seriously, i'll never understand why DC ditched such a solid 'costume' design and origin for Captain Atom with what they replaced him with, but i guess that applies to most of DC's roster of characters )

It was a pretty lazy design, being pretty much 'Dr Manhattan, with blue flame hair'.
