My pup Roni was quite similar to the one u drew. Just that he was black instead dark brown. And the kid looks like baby me too... i know i looked like that xD curly hair ^^

well as a constructive critique, i can say that theres things that look very realistic, others dont, i think that you put a lot of detail in some especific zones and in others dont. but well, im pretty below of your level!!

This is amazing! The puppy is adorable. I also love the glow coming from it -- I never would have thought of that! It really adds a lot of depth to the piece not just visually, but mentally as well.
