Don't you just love his pose; he was so relaxed.Taken on my recent trip up to Perth at the Armadale Reptile Centre. Yes, they have other sorts of animals and birds there too.

It was the first time I had seen a kangaroo in that pose, but I've seen others since.

I love it. I seen lots of roos when I was in Aussie. They are so lovable. He looks like he's in Heaven.

Thank you so much. I have some photos of albino kangaroos that I need to put in my gallery when time allows.
At the moment I'm trying to catch up on my messages and although I come to dA every day, I hardly make a dent in the numbers

Haha, this reminds me of when we went to Featherdale...all the kangaroos were spread out all over the place, looking like they'd had a party and were all passed out after a hard night of drinking.

I remember seeing one that you photographed and thought he looked like he had tummy ache This is the first time I've ever seen a kangaroo lying on anything but it;s side.

There were actually a few photos I took with kanga's surrounded by crunched up ice cream cones and they were all passed out in weird positions...very much like the aftermath of a bender, lol.

Oh I can't bear to look at dead animals, never mind photograph them Must admit it gave me a start when I first walked near the fenced area as I have never seen a kangaroo in this position before. They always lie on their sides.

Reminds me of my cat Habibi who used to sleep with her legs stretched out like that. Very inspiring..I think I'll go find a patch of sunlight and a pillow and lay down for a short kip
