This is a character from a guy's Numenara campaign - a snarky drow adventurer who fancied himself an intellectual. Fashioned himself after a collegiate type. Collects all kinds of random tech, gadgets, bobbles, and trinkets. It was fun to do, if only because you rarely see people do anything but the same-old/same-old with drow characters and dark elves.
