Finally finished! Falen in the black heart of Marcale, with the old entrance of Widdenwael nearby. Painting this maxed my patience to the extreme. Over a month of planning, dozens of references used, and my arm hurt from my wrist to my elbow by the time I was finished. Wow, there is just such amazing detail in this it's hard to specify on any area that isn't breathtaking. The way you have the light on the path before her, and yet shadows lingering behind her combined with the ruins and overgrowth is just all magnificent. It brings everything to life setting it part and yet the entire flows so well together. Well done, this is a masterpiece.

The books are only available online. They were in bookstores last year, but I've withdrawn them from retail markets for personal reasons. A second edition will be printed this month or next. You can purchase the books online with check or money order or Paypal account, you don't need to have a credit card.

I'll admit, when I saw the preview of this, my jaw dropped! :3 This is a beautiful piece...the detail is superb, and I love how you can only see the back of the character there. Gives it that mysterious look. If I ever saw a book in stores with a cover like that, I would definitly pick it up and get a good skim of it. Fabulous job. <3
