Before you use the text, you should go to Filters - Light Effects - Supernova and pull the glow down until you can notice just a glow on her face
Like that it'll get a dreamy athmosphere! Sorry for forgetting that

This is probably the stupid question you've ever heard, and i'm going to feel so dumb when i hear an answer, but how do you use new brushes? Like where do they go?
(Haven't had GIMP for every long.)

Oh you see this thing here [link] you have to click there to change the colours to blue then you can go to Sample Colorize

What do you do with the gradient at the beginning? Because my sample colorize doesn't have colors like you said.... and in the tutorial it doesn't say what to do with the gradient..... sorry if I'm just misunderstanding
