I am guessing SG rung to be a sadistic (and possibly insane) character, and the gendo pose he has just added to his sinisterness. Nice touch with the monocle!
And I think he keeps "trophies" of heads and body parts of his patients who come to his "sessions"? And drinks the energon of his patients?

A monocled maniac perhaps? A bit on the dark side with the red tinged claws to match what beats 'neath his chest. I'll assume this Rung character is as sinister as the rest of the SG universe.

Rung is steadily becoming one of my favorite characters, and a Shattered Glass version make him all the more desirable. I say bravo! (I should create this version of him in the RPG I play in. Now that would be delicious!)
