I have deleted the video due to various NEGATIVE comments. In fact, I have planned to deleted my entire channel, however I decided to keep it for some aspects (do not plan it to stick around though). I'm done. I'm sorry if this has ruined it for some people, but that's what happens when "if you don't have anything nice to say, DON'T say anything at all" isn't followed. Half the problem is you YOUNG people these days. I'm in my 20's and have absolutely NO time for MMD anymore. I'm not saying all of you are rude, but holy crap A LOT of you are. Learn to treat people with respect online, offline, and just IN GENERAL. Treat others how you WISH to be treated. Do you want to be treated as trash? No? MISSING DLL ERROR FIX 12/25/2013
For people with Windows 7/8 there is a very important step you need to do in avoiding the missing .dll error pop ups at the start of PMD or PMX editors installation.
Here are the steps you need to take
1. Download the file but DO NOT UNZIP IT YET. (If you have the Missing .dll errors now you need to re-download the folder and do these steps!)
2. Right Click on the folder and click properties.
3. "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." When you see this message you want to click the "Unblock" button.
4. Now you can Unzip your folder and there will NEVER be a missing .dll file ever again!
NO PMD VIEW WINDOW FIX (5/9/2014):
If you receive an ERROR (in is in Japanese FYI) at the start of PMD Editor opening that does NOT allow the PMD View Window to open, then you will need to update all the programs with the links below. BUT FIRST DOWNLOAD ALL THE LINKS BELOW THIS UPDATE, IF YOU DON'T THESE UPDATES WILL NOT WORK. THANK YOU!
It seems that you might need to update Net Framework, C++, and direct X 9.
Please download the following three updates after installing the MAIN program links below:

The following files must be double clicked and installed: C++, Net framework, and Direct X 9.0 (just like you would install a video game or another program like Firefox). The only thing that just needs to be extracted is PMX or PMD editor. PLEASE DO NOT JUST STICK THESE PROGRAM FILES INTO THE FOLDER OF PMX/PMD EDITOR. THAT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING!

I downloded the latest version of pmxe and the plugins didnt load at all, unlike the other version that worked well and i like didnt know what was going on ???

Your Fix for the .Dll does'nt even show up for me. :/ It just DL's and stuff like normal, no saying it came from another pc or anything. :/

If it doesn't show up for you then you might not have the problem. The reason the dll missing error happens is because that persons computer is blocking the files. However, if you don't get the option to unblock you probably will not encounter this error as you computer isn't blocking the files.

i got this awkward error and it says
"CSScript.dll *japanese here*
Could not load the file or assembly.
'file///C:\User\Acer\Downloads\...."
the last part was just the foler PMD was in and it said that the operation isn't supported

1. Go to all the DLL. files in the program

I'm not exactly an expert when it comes to computer functions so I don't really know why that error occurred. I wish I could be more help. The only thing I can think of is that this version of PMD or PMX editor isn't able to run on your machine. Some people have downloaded later versions or even maybe there is a newer one now (as this is already 3 years old!) that will work for you. Best place to check is the Wiki for PMX editor.

I'm sorry but whenever I try to open PMD Editor, I keep getting the same message saying "The application failed to initialize properly." I'm a little frustrated since I don't really understand what it means :/

I'm not exactly sure what is up but it seems that maybe the version you are trying to download will not work with your computer? Or something along those lines.

I don't think there is a mac version. Maybe somewhere, but I'm not sure. Sorry I can't be of more help.

There was a mac version called VPMM but the only place i could find a download for it was passworded and no one knows the password.

Umm, hello. I keep getting the multitude of "missing dll" error messages even though I unblocked the zip file before extracting it, do you know how to fix it? ;u;

That should have worked to fix it. But if it still happens I don't know why. I had the error, it is annoying but it really doesn't harm the effectiveness of the program. It still works like normal. I think it just is an issue because the program is Japanese and not in English. Should still work fine.

There is actually nothing you are doing wrong. Sadly, the .PMD format of a model is unable to handle as many vertices as .PMX format is. So what happened was the program wanted to try and compensate for the fact that there was too many vertices for PMD, thus squishing them together. Basically, this models vertices overloaded when you tried to convert. Other than removing sections of this model, you won't be able to convert it to a PMD file type because it has too many vertices.

Well, I did everything and installed the updates and all, but nothing seems to work. Any errors I get you most likely would not be able to help me with. I guess I shall never be able to use these programs.

I recently bought a new pc and dunno what to do.. xD
I can now run my PMX and PMD editors and it also solved my problem with MME !! O_O

I don't know if you can help me, but I downloaded this, fixed the dll error but whenever I want to upload a model and I press open, nothing happens. This has happened with other pmd/pmx editors too that I downloaded.

I'm not sure exactly whats wrong. But did you update the programs? It seems that the error comes form not having direct X? IF you didn't download the direct X (both links) from above this could be the problem. (Sorry for late reply!)
