I have deleted the video due to various NEGATIVE comments. In fact, I have planned to deleted my entire channel, however I decided to keep it for some aspects (do not plan it to stick around though). I'm done. I'm sorry if this has ruined it for some people, but that's what happens when "if you don't have anything nice to say, DON'T say anything at all" isn't followed. Half the problem is you YOUNG people these days. I'm in my 20's and have absolutely NO time for MMD anymore. I'm not saying all of you are rude, but holy crap A LOT of you are. MISSING DLL ERROR FIX 12/25/2013
For people with Windows 7/8 there is a very important step you need to do in avoiding the missing .dll error pop ups at the start of PMD or PMX editors installation.
Here are the steps you need to take
1. Download the file but DO NOT UNZIP IT YET. (If you have the Missing .dll errors now you need to re-download the folder and do these steps!)
2. Right Click on the folder and click properties.
3. "This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect this computer." When you see this message you want to click the "Unblock" button.
4. Now you can Unzip your folder and there will NEVER be a missing .dll file ever again!
NO PMD VIEW WINDOW FIX (5/9/2014):
If you receive an ERROR (in is in Japanese FYI) at the start of PMD Editor opening that does NOT allow the PMD View Window to open, then you will need to update all the programs with the links below. BUT FIRST DOWNLOAD ALL THE LINKS BELOW THIS UPDATE, IF YOU DON'T THESE UPDATES WILL NOT WORK. THANK YOU!
It seems that you might need to update Net Framework, C++, and direct X 9.
Please download the following three updates after installing the MAIN program links below:

The following files must be double clicked and installed: C++, Net framework, and Direct X 9.0 (just like you would install a video game or another program like Firefox). That's what it says. I also already have windows 8.1 and I downloaded everything (just to make sure) but it said I already had it... Also no matter how many times I deleted the error more just came up...

I'm having trouble with PMX editor when I download it click it but it wont open and I've unlocked it in properties as well and I've downloaded all the requirements as well so I have no idea what's wrong cause PMD works fine same with MMD and MME, PMX is just failing.

Finally got it working had to go to properties then Compatibility then go to where it says Run this program then change to windows vista (service pack 2) and it worked perfect thank you.

but everytime i put my base model it's fine but when ever i open or put some shoes dress or hair keep on doing the no texture thing

Make sure that your model and texture files are all in the same folder. If so, then rename the texture files and re apply them to your model. Make sure the texture files end in PNG or BMP If that doesn't work, then I don't know whats wrong. BUT That should fix your problem.

That is correct. Since it already is updated to the newest versions. However, you might need to update them. But I have Windows 8 and I did not need to do so.

Uuuuuuuhhh.... ok so I just downloaded PMD because I got tired of PMX not opening(as said above) and then PMX opened! But....only the little window. You said in your video if that happens to download the 3 links which I did but it STILL is getting only the little window! Click on each of those 3 links and download the updates. Install them like you would normally and you should be ready to go.

Then I'm really not sure. Sometimes this program is just really picky and certain versions will work but others won't. I really want to say I know all the answers but I don't. Someone with actual computer skills would know more. I'm not very good with computers, so I don't know much. Maybe try to use a search engine to figure it out? I'm guessing there has got to be more people with the same problem. Really wish I could help more than that.

Hello, I've tried everything you've said in your video, and your description, and everytime I try to open pmx editor, it pops up with a "Pmxeditor has stopped working" and I can't view any of the windows from the program, please help?

Uhm...I downloaded the packages (Default pack (1),Default pack,vcredist_x64,and the vcredist_arm[Or that's what my windows 8 is calling it]) and I keep getting error messages. Did I forget to download something or do I need to do something with the packages first? Oh,and I did say for it to allow it on the properties. And if you need some screenshots,I can provide you with some.
P.S:I also have a English version of pmd that I downloaded,but it's not really important unless you want the screenshots.
