I just finished this artwork I started working on about a month ago but I didn't have the mood to finish it then, so, I finished it now!

This dragon is supposed to be aquatic, so, instead of the classic scale concept, I thought I should draw some scale-like gills along its neck instead! On the whole it's pretty much inspired by the Angler fish and has Anemonies at several areas on its head!

The ocean is a wonderful thing to depict in the arts and this is no exception.
The idea that of these glowing creatures emerging from the deep ocean is already an interesting concept, but with the edition of the fantastical sea-dragon makes it all the more imaginative.
The blue mixed in with the neon-glowing colours is executed in a way that makes these glowing creatures stand out whilst also making the neon colours pleasing to look at.
Plus the small edition of the school of fish in the background is a nice touch.

This is just stunning however the red lighting under the dragon is a bit distracting apart from that, this is truly amazing art.
