This is beautiful. It makes me think of quite a few occasions when I used to daydream, myself, in that the dream can easily consume someone, and become their reality. I also like the different flowers being used -- it would have been easy just to use one, but the variety makes the picture have more realism to it in portraying wandering thoughts. The detail of the flower embedding itself into the girl's skin is a good touch, as well, as it warns about how easily wandering thoughts can consume someone.
I would just offer a small critique on this. Some of the flowers, particularly the smaller ones, appear flat, or less detailed. Also, her long hair, which curves around her right shoulder, is not as defined in detail. I at first thought that that was a hand, as opposed to the bottom of her hair.
