Chun Li Phour Mod (Alt3) Ver. 1.1, for SSF4AE PC

Modifies Alt3 outfit.

This project is called "Chun Li Phour" (i.e. "Chun Li 4") because it attempts to put Chun Li in proper SF4
visual style, giving her the same treatment as the rest of the characters. The starting point reference is her
sprites from the Alpha series, as those are the last SF games with consistent proportions (SF3 had a great deal
of individualized abstraction in space and on the pictorial plane), giving the "Ph" from "Alpha" to the mod name.

In short, the objective of this project is to turn the noodle-armed, fat-legged Chun Li from SF4 into the
athletic Chun Li from SFA. This release covers her Alt3, and in addition to the body changes, it fixes some
inaccuracies of the outfit while I'm at it.

In order to meet the objective, this mod features:
-Buffed arms to Alpha level. (mesh, diffuse, normal)
-Abs definition. (diffuse, normal)
-Leg liposuction and muscle toning, removed cankles and tweaked some joints. (mesh, diffuse, normal)
-Underheel straps for the spandex piece. (diffuse)
-Stripes on shoes, some gibberish logo on the shoe soles and a sewn piece on the shoe back. (diffuse, normal)
-Braided hair buns. (diffuse, normal)

After previous releases of the mod, some people asked for a version with the original leg thickness. Because of
that, I have included said version, "Thunder Strike". It features the original untouched legs 3D model, so it
has no tweaked joints.

I plan to do the same to her Regular and Alt1 in the future (not sure if I'll bother with Alt2; it's ugly as
crap). Feel free to do them yourself and save me some work if you are in a modding mood, and you may also
remake/improve this one if you can make it better (I can provide the .psd files of the modified maps, as they
include all the layers and stuff). Consider my part in this mod open source. If you want to use it for other mods
just give credit and send me a line if you have the time.

To use this mod:
-Make the proper backup of the original files you're going to replace.
-Take the one cos ten col files contained in the CNL folder in this zip, and put them in your
dlc->02_costume->Battle->Chara->CNL folder. These files are the 3D model and 10 color textures.
-If you want to use the "Thunder Strike" variant, use the cos file from the Thunder Strike folder instead.

Previous releases of this mod for Vanilla SF4 replaced the Regular outfit with this one because her Alt3 was not
available in the game. Now that I have ported the mod for Super it modifies Alt3, since this outfit is present in
the game. You may be legally supposed to buy the DLC if you want to use this mod, I guess. If you don't want to
buy it (for example, because the original physique of Chun Li in this game freaks you and it goes against your
principles to pay for it) you may easily make it replace the Regular one by bringing the completed set of twenty-
some "04" files to where the "01" are. And that's all I can say, but... I haven't told you that, ok?
