OH MAH GOSH, it's finally done!
This one was a doozy, took me over 150 layers! Yikes! For a comic that's a record for me.

my computer has trouble loading your pages they take to long i have to disconnect to reconnect just to load this one

I think the reason it takes awhile to load is due to the fact the files are saved as png for high quality. Also, dA acts up sometimes with png submissions so you have to refresh a few times to get it to work.

I'm finally reading through the rest of this comic (as my internet died at about page 3 :< ), and I was going to save my comment for the last page, but--wow. As someone who is trying to draw a comic herself, I have to say I am unbelievably impressed with this page. The detail, the backgrounds--and especially the crowd in the last panel. You've outdone yourself, and I'm immensely impressed. Way to go.

idk this idea just popped in my mindβ¦
and Iβm not sure if it even possible to do but anyway
if youβd draw few of your characters standing in line, then duplicate it and kind of start overlay them over previous line and resize the size of it when needed or something :ββD
so theyβd look like they are getting bigger when coming closer or something.
and maybe add some random characters here and there so it wont look too obvious that they are just lined up ?

Oh don't worry, buildings never seem to get in to their right shapes, but you'll improve in time 
Oh yeah, more of this great comic of yours! This is one of those pages that must be hard to do, since it really doesn't show alot of action but just the opposite: useful information, something from the character itself. I like it :3 Also the colours and perspectives are great, really great, Filly!

Mmmhmm, a long night indeed. Can't help but stare at all those folks. Damned kinds climbing on the cursed windows.
Anyway, I was in a 3D-ish mood at the moment and....Last frame reconstructed, as I see it . However, under another angle...The scene doesn't look quite complete. I don't know how the Mystic lads and lassies do i, but I 'aint seen any stages tilted backwards or stairs ending in nothing.
Now, I'm assuming you were loooking for something like this, yes? If so, we'd have this scene as a result .

Lol, actually there's dozens of the hovering camera laser shooting thingies (Um... I mean "Secutiry 0.07"...) around the area, along with constant jet ships flying overhead (there's one waaaay far away on the top left.). And ya see that brick wall down there? Those little black things sticking out are all security cameras. And don't forget the many glowing Spirit light statues all over the place. No Mystic would want to break into a palace when the Spirits are watching...
But without knowing all that, yeah, the place is pretty much seemingly unguarded.
Heck yeah! Jets for the WIN!
Oh yeah, and that was supposed to be a Cargo ship, but it's way, way too tiny. Maybe it's a mini or something. Yeah, let's go with that.

I wanna know how they managed to get way up on them windows. Especially the one female wearing a dress. Dresses and climbing... not good combinations.

And yes, yes, I can see it now! That's definitely something I'll fix! Guess I was confused since originally Kailani and them were flat on the ground viewing the room then it somehow turnd into them... being higher up.

I actually can't see anything that I can point out to you for adjustments. I say you did a pretty good job! As for the buildings, I will have to show you my art notes on perspective. It's not hard at all once you know what you are doing. I really like the close up blur and shading on the four characters in the fourth panel.

That huge end-shot is very impressive.
Your perspective with buildings is a little off though. Make sure you have your horizon line and vanishing points set up right whenever your drawing things like buildings or other cubical stuff.
