Description
Find the original one here: aliena-cordis.deviantart.com/a…We have a newcomer! Contest Curly~
[Breeder's Standard] The most common type of typhlosions (cyndaquils) given out by pokemon professors and professional breeders for trainers. There are no breeding regulations for these ones, freely bred in Johto and exported world wide. The B-standard are the easiest typhlosions to train.
[Wild Standard] Also known as Wild sparks, live in the forest and and parks near cities of the Johto and Kanto region, also recently discovered in smaller populations in the Alola islands. Bigger than the B-standard but careful with strangers and easily scared, these typhlosions can be skittish if approached alone, rendering hard to capture. A medium population is always kept protected in reserves, the biggest one existing in the Unova region. Sometimes professors and breeders venture out to capture the evasive sparks to improve the lineage of the breeder's standard.
[Contest Curly] The Curly is the petite but potent variation for contests or demonstrations. Their curly fur give them a well groomed, frilly and fancy appearance for the judges. Originally bred in the Sinnoh region, the contest curly has spread out into the neighboring regions as a crowned champion amongst contest goers. Their fire mane is bright and highly saturated in color since their cyndaquil stage, making the fire moves quite colorful and captivating for the audience. The small size of the curly comes due to the lack of pure berry pulp in their diet, making them the last pick for any active trainer. It is rumored that the contest curly is usually used to bred other contest pokemon so regulations over the handling and posession of this "purebred" typhlosion is highly supervised and prohibited in several regions, like Hoenn and Kanto.
[Spring Pearl] The white furred typhlosion is an adorable flop of fur that lives on the snow tops and really cold areas, so mostly in snow places. These typhlosions adore eating berries and depending on the colorations of such berries their pelt can turn red, purple, blue and even pinkish. Spring Pearls have the thickest fur of the typhlosion variations, or at least the known ones. Spring pearls can be found at the surrounding mountains of Snowpoint city and Mt. Coronet, being quite common in the Snowbelle and Dendemille households in Kalos.
[Crag Dweller] As the name says, the Crag dwellers live near active volcanoes. They're very curious and dirty critters, covered in sooth, flopping happily around Round 113 (Hoenn) in "The tall grass painted a dusty gray by the volcanic ash that pours from Mt. Chimney”. There have been rare sights at Reversal mountain, of dusty and grey typhlosions in the outskirts of Lentimas town in the distant past. Crag dwellers have been reverred as alert beasts, growing uneasy when any eruption is near. There's always at least a pair of these typhlosions in Lavaridge town. This variation is really curious towards humans and will be easily captured if found hidden in ash piles. Bred crag dwellers start to lose their grey coloration after several generations.
[Meteor feet/Metties] Robust typhlosions bred to be family companions and friends with children, the meteor feet, Metties for short, are the most colorful, big and noble variation there is. Originally bred to be Kalos' upper class feet warmers, their lineage can be traced to hundreds of years of mixes and crossing of at least two now extinct typhlosion variations. This is the only kind that posses the tiny, floppy ears, signal of their gentleness. There's no aggresiveness in their behavior, metties are sweet and gentle with everyone but if needed they can rival the power of the legendary Mt. Silver typhlosions but mostly they're wonderful companions, even mounts to roaming trainers, and are quite "talkative" emitting grunts, purrbles and growls when happy. One of the most prized lines of Meteor feet is bred in Johto by the actual League Champion and given to the elite four families as a sign of respect, loyalty and virtue.
All of these gorgeous fluffers are mine <3
