Description
1) Since I'm dyslexic, I'm not very good at explaining things, so if it doesn't make any sense at all, then i'll delete it and start over again.2) This is the most BASIC rain you can create on Paint Shop Pro, if you want you could try and experiment with this idea and then try to create your own rain effect. I'm just showing
you one of the ways to create rain! If you ever do make another rain tut simular like this but changed it a little, give me credit and send me a link of the tut, because I would like to see it ^_^
3) In order to get this rain effect looking really good, it's best to use a dark, gray scene
(like a typical rainy day--nothing like rain in sunshine or summin stoopid like that), also with this
tut you can make other things that use this technique, like, TV screen, just change the direction
of the rain (more about changing the direction of rain later in this tutorial)
4) This tut is in html format, so open the html document called "rain_tut"
5) Again, sorry if it doesn't make any sense >.<

Thank you sooo much for this! I already used it, lol. It was quite simple and easy to follow.
Thanks again for posting this! I was afraid I'd only find Photoshop tutorials. Paint Shop Pro is cool too!
