The overall shape and the movement is very nice, but there is definitely some tweaking needed. It's look like the wing is going from folded (with the inner wing against the body) and just sliding outward to have the inner wing facing outward. There should be an opening motion where the wing rotates to open. I would recommend checking out a video of a bird of prey, or other large bird so it's easy to see the details of how the wings move. Twilight does a nice little wing flourish in the opening as well. Other than that, the keys are very nice and the motion is fluid. The model is definitely spot-on.

This makes it look as if her wings are growing, not opening. When closed, the wings at the bottom become the wings at the top when they open. They need to be stretching out, then up. Like the critique said, check out some bird videos. There are a ton on youtube. Otherwise, top notch animation. Animation frustrates me to no end when I try so, good on you for being able to do stuff. X3

You know... that's about the only way I see the wings transitioning. Β The size when flat vs when full mast is disproportional in the show. Β I'd speed it up and add a little extra movement to make it more "natural" feeling (as opposed to a linear flow).

This is how I'd imagine it would work, they're nothing like bird wings so it's hard to work from real life, I guess you just have to be creative about it.
