Description
Another Barbie doll Christmas present (I have strange cravings to make one of these every few years). This took no less than four days. As I worked on this I listened to 12 hours of Wagner's Der Ring Des Nibelungen, hence the name Fafnir. I'll finish listening to Götterdämmerung as I'm inking later today
One of my sisters did all the fancy beadwork for the helmet but the rest is all my doing.
I was referencing one of my drawings when I was creating the armor out of sculpey. [link]
And I used some composition gold leaf along the center of the Kris sword.
