hey look i'm not dead.... got time in between my degree work and decided to work on some art. so this was sitting on my hard drive for like 5 years or so, pretty much never finished but nearly there. even i don't know why i took so long to finish it, most likely just forgot about it over the years.... like about the other dozen unfinished projects laying on my hard drive. this is supposed to be a continuation of the elemental series i started years ago with Chrome fav.me/d72w183 and Carbide fav.me/d73tu50 , assuming that series is even alive still? anyways, its supposed to be based on bromine and so the predominant colour is brown like the element. also threw in a little purple to reflect its close elemental cousin in the halide group; iodine. meh, just wanted to finish and post it so i touched it up quick. enjoy, i hope...

Stunning. Makes you wonder what it would be like to be for example on one of Saturn's moons and see the planet and several other moons in the sky...
Would make a great poster. Congrats on the DD, too!

A real beauty; the detailed surface texture is just exquisite. The close proximity of the planets, and the distant moon with an orbit that seems to intersect the rings, give something of a science-fantasy impression, but would not go as far as call it jarring next to the highly scientific theme - rather complimentary.

Ooh, I like how soft the atmosphere looks on the foreground. It's subtle just like the lighting on the objects beyond!

I do like this one. The textures are great and there is an nice use of space. Good job

well done the low lighting is works well for this piece the only criticism (really more a nitpick) is that it appears that the moon next to the ringed planets look like it would go below the ring of the ringed planet rather be infront of it.

thank you, and well it is sci-fi, its not supposed to be too attached to reality.
