Nice! You've done a lovely job blending the colors here, and I think the repeating colors in her eye and the flower petals really help with that. The flow of her hair works really well, and along with the curve of the flowers in the foreground it does a nice job of leading the eye through the composition. 

As for critique, the anatomy is a tiny bit off. Her shoulder is a good bit too low, though I guess that could be considered a style thing, and the lines coming up the collarbone from the neck are a little too widely spread for the length of her neck--the muscle that creates that attaches to the skull right below the ear. Though you haven't shown the ears, that muscle should trace up to where they would normally be, and it doesn't really do that at this angle. However, you've done a lovely job on the collarbones, especially in relation to the position of the shoulders--I always put mine too low down but yours look really nice. 

Shading-wise,  the shadow on her face is fairly flat, but you've pretty heavily shaded the neck and shoulders, which looks sort of odd. Also, with the warm colors coming in from the left (along with the shadow in the bottom right corner), it looks like that should be your light source, but from the neck-shadows, the light source is to the right. You haven't indicated a light source anywhere else, though, so I may be wrong. 

The shapes of the flowers are lovely and quite accurate, but I'd suggest a little bit darker of a shadow on most of them, just to increase the contrast. They're pretty, though. 

The colors are really your strong point in this piece, so my critique is fairly minor on that. I'd mostly suggest trying to repeat the colors a bit more exactly--I'm referring to the different shades of the flowers. The larger mass of flowers isn't varied but that particular cyan blue isn't repeated anywhere else, even in the other flowers. All the other blues are closer to a navy. It's a little odd, but not too bad. Either varying the colors of the flowers in the large group or making them the more navy shade would make the navy flowers and flower petals look a little less odd. 

Anyway. You did request critique. Feel free to ignore me, and please let me know if I'm being too harsh. It's a lovely piece, overall.

This is a beautiful piece, and I like your concept. It has a nice painting look. I also like how you did the hair very smooth with some parts more defined. 

As for the composition, I think you could crop the area above her head and even a little part of her had. You could also make the hair shape more curvy by erasing that part of it that doesn't touch the edge of the canvas.  Another thing that could be improved are the roses. You could use some references and overlay them to create depth, since the way it is almost look like abstract shapes.
