As you can see I've improved this a bit (and I'm realising the wolf is a bit awkward since the upside down perspective is screwing with my brain but that might just be me...) I'll cut to the chase on this and while I do like this pic, I highly doubt this will work as an avatar here. The detail will be utterly decimated downsizing it (wasn't sure how bad it would be but yup it's bad xP ) But that's okay because I still like this piece for what it is and I have a cunning plan to make a subtly animated avatar so all three 'characters' can be included and it's easier to see them properly.
Heck, I could even just use this piece and 'move the camera' around this image to show them all off... I'll think about it. At the very least I would have to redraw the crow in a way that would work better with a square... maybe if I'm feeling that ambition I could try to animate the wings but eh... I doubt it for the time being xP Much to do...

Any ideas, critiques etc. on this piece specifically or making it an animated icon, then go ahead and throw a comment in

Edit: Well, after downloading GIMP and working out how to animate a simple icon, looks like dA gif size restrictions will mean I'm gonna just have to create pixel art of something else to animate, or I'm just gonna have to have to design a completely different image to fit everyone in... Unless I've completely missed something... hm... Back to the drawing board for the moment xP
