EDIT : Completely redesigned Palkia.
These two took longer than expected, and I by no means like the final outcome, but I'm glad to have these two out of my sketchbook. They both gave me trouble, especially Palkia, who even now looks like a bald chicken. I blame the palette the original Palkia had, which I was forced to follow because I used Dialga's. Between me and you guys, after generation four the Legendary Pokemon become less fun to draw and are more like burdens. So many details, all of them dragons, it's hard and the reward is never that satisfying.
These two are actually the most mature legends I forgot why I made them screaming at each other again.

  Dialga

    Height : 17' 09"
    Weight : 1505.8 lbs
    Ability : Telepathy

    Personality : He may be rather intimidating in appearance, but Dialga is nothing but a sweetheart. His experience is near limitless, and when it comes to dealing with conflicts he's always prepared with a reasonable solution. The younger legends call him old, and while he's no older than Palkia or Giratina he still flaunts his age, coming off as a time lord with nothing better to do than observe the world with a gentle gaze. He admires all things beautiful, and for him it can range from a stalk of grass to tiny graveyards. He's aware that time's grasp is one of the most beautiful and most deadly elements, though he does let this deter him from making friends. He's watched thousands of newborn Pokemon grow up and die elderly, lives fulfilled, and though his heart pangs for them he finds a certain beauty in life itself. His petty arguments with Palkia never go beyond wrecking point, and she understands his vulnerability enough to be his greatest enemy and closest friend. They put aside their differences to be there for one another when the world has turned their backs on them, and he appreciates her more than anything.
    Battle Effectiveness : When concentrating on manipulating time, Dialga can win literally any fight. With the exception of Iron Tail, he's mainly a special attacker, which is backed up by his boosted special stat. Roar of Time takes five minutes to recharge after, which leaves him vulnerable, but he can alleviate this by using Metal Burst to deflect any oncoming attacks. His armour is extremely sharp, and his metal plating can protect him from most attacks by default. Though he can fly, he needs energy to do so, which means that he needs to be careful with his stamina. He's surprisingly fast for a steel Pokemon, and knows it- often using his tail as a weapon.
    Special Abilities : Dialga, like Palkia, can enter and create wormholes to his dimension at any times. He also has the ability to stop or start time, however it isn't an ability he can abuse. Time travelling takes enormous amounts of energy, and he's often left to recover from these incidents for days. A rough estimate of how many times he can time travel without breaks is about five. When combined with Palkia, he can singlehandedly destroy the balance of the universe, though there's never any reason for him to tap into this ability, despite how much he and Palkia will get into little spits. Dialga is able to trap opponents in a time-freeze which keeps them stuck in the past for minutes, and can lead to paralysis if not treated.

    Weight : 740.8 lbs.
    Ability : Telepathy

    Personality : Palkia is a fighter down to her dying breaths, but she's not needlessly cruel. She's simply terrified sick of being left behind- of not being good enough to stand next to Dialga. After Giratina's banishment she constantly feared exile, and it was those fears that pushed her into becoming one of the strongest fighters there ever was. She at first established herself as the more aggressive of the two creators, but calmed down when Dialga refused to acknowledge her aggressive stance and persuaded her to calm down. She'll start playful fights with her counterpart every now and again, but holds him in high esteem because he knows her better than anyone else. She can be rather motherly when she wants to be, and Pokemon are drawn to her, awed by her abilities. Like all water-type Legends, she's possessive of her home, her counterpart, and her position. She follows the belief that she can be as hurtful as she wants to Dialga, but no one else has the right to do the same. She's definitely more of an outcast than some, and she won't even let Arceus into her domain.
    Battle Effectiveness : As entirely unpredictable as she can be, Palkia rarely uses her space warping abilities in battle unless it's Spacial Rend. She prefers her water-related attacks with the occasional Aura Sphere to pin opponents down on the ground. Her wings aren't necessary for flight, but when using them she can propel herself forward at terrifying speeds.
    Special Abilities : Palkia is much more skilled than Dialga at opening and maintaining wormholes, and can use her space altering abilities to play around with the universe's matter. She can turn continents upside down and flip back and forth between locations in seconds - if she wanted to. She's very responsible with her powers, but can sometimes find her find in altering reality. She's able to destroy the universe when working alongside Dialga, and she's the only legend other than Arceus and the Lake Trio that can enter and exit the Distortion World at will. Any sort of intergalactic portal can be used by her, so long as her form can be maintained in the new universe she enters. She can also turn invisible and create her own shields.
