"Deinonychus head study"Deinonychus antirrhopus. An acrylic painting I did of a Deinonychus.
I wanted to do a more up to date rendering of a dromaeosaurid for my portfolio, so I looked to modern raptors for inspiration.
Completed in early March 2019.
Done using acrylics, color pencils, ink and Photoshop CC.
