What size did you want the cylinder? when I use Primitive, it appears a whole heck-of-a-lot bigger than the actual model itself.

just click on scale and scale it upto the torso of the base. The width must be upto the widest part of it and height from the end of armhole to bottom of belly button or however u need!! sry I don't have a measurement

...
HOW IS THE BASE ON YOUR SCREEN SO SMOOTH?!
mine looks like a bunch of triangles and stuff
AND THERE'S NO COLORRRR

AneCoco In reply to jbunny122 [2016-04-09 00:07:59 +0000 UTC]
U just have to hide the lines and vertices of uncurrent object
on the top there is a gear(settings) click that and there'll be an option "show lines of uncurrent object", in that select hidden!!
Also if ur base has uv map instead of solid color it wouldn't appear unless u type back the texture. This base has no mapΒ

Um.. Can you please be a bit more specific? I don't understand what you're trying to tell me.

about hiding the uncurrent vertices or coloring the base?

...Coloring the base..I think
You know what?
Just say the whole thing over, because I'm just too stupid to figure it out.

For hiding the lines of the base showing up
sta.sh/02basvt5gsm6
For coloring the base
sta.sh/0inihs3mzs8
Change the color with color circle and the slider !!

But wait.. how do I make the every material the same color?
π: 0 β©: 1
AneCoco In reply to jbunny122 [2016-04-09 16:39:48 +0000 UTC]
just use the same color on all materials!!
π: 0 β©: 1
jbunny122 In reply to AneCoco [2016-04-09 16:58:19 +0000 UTC]
That's impossible because of the fact that I have 4 materials, and I can't get the exact color
Wait
OHH
I had to go back and delete the whole swimsuit because it covered the skin that m0 colored.
I was so frustrated because It wouldn't delete...
(Note to self, in PMX editor it's not delete to delete or ctrl + delete or ctrl + shift + delete.. it's shift + delete...)

AneCoco In reply to jbunny122 [2016-04-09 17:02:47 +0000 UTC]
U just have to type in the exact numbers in H S V from the color u want~
The swimsuit is actually separated so u can go to delete in the tools and just click joined and click on the swimsuit face!!

May I ask how do you "hide" the points/lines from unselected objects?
It's a pain to work with highpol bases TT
π: 0 β©: 1
AneCoco In reply to licasse [2016-03-30 16:11:43 +0000 UTC]
u have to select the faces u wanna hide and press ctrl+H~
make sure u highlight the face option (the one above the butterfly icon) !!
I know that feelΒ

licasse In reply to AneCoco [2016-03-30 16:22:00 +0000 UTC]
No, I mean like on your tutorial, while the top has it's points/lines visible, the base doesn't (I'm really sorry if that makes less sense- I'm horrible explaining and I'm not English)

AneCoco In reply to licasse [2016-03-30 16:41:41 +0000 UTC]
oh on the top there is a gear(settings) click that and there'll be an option "show lines of uncurrent object, it that select hidden!! (ah don't worry)
sry I wasn't able to understandΒ
