I'm Dr. Delbert Doppler, the noted astrophysicist. Perhaps you've heard of me. No? I have a clipping.Once again, my titling hath been thwarted. The real title is much more excited: Off to the Spaceport!
This was our Treasure Planet cosplay for the first day of Kumoricon 2009.

Thank you! Β Each of us made our own costumes. Β A great way to build your skills is to find clothing second hand that you can use for costume pieces as they are, or by altering them. Β There are also plenty of tutorials and resources online to help if you were ever interested in getting better at your costume-making skills.

Yeah, I can only imagine attempting to do some of the pirate-y alien folks: Scroop (though if done well, that could be pretty fantastic...) and like the lady pirate that only has legs and a head, and then that one dude who's only a head, and the other guy who's only a body... Yeah... not so much.
