He's called The Creator, basically the final boss for my crossover series XD And yeah I saw him, definitely a design I wouldn't have expected considering the name, but he looks awesome

Also The Meddler Prime is inspired by the Prime versions of Warframes on Warframe. He also has a ship, three weapons (sword, kunai and assault rifle) and can move like a Warframe
