Instructions
For Portable
1. Extract the contents of this download directly into your foobar2000 folder.
For Standard
1. Extract to "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\foobar2000\\"
1a. Also extract the "Configuration" folder to "C:\\users\\appdata\\roaming\\foobar2000\\"Β Β
2. Install the provided font located in skins->Zetro->font (only if you do not have Segoe UI)
Make sure to look in the provided Help folder for more instructions. (The help files were made for an older version of Zetro but are still applicable)
If you want credit for your image, just say so
If you want an image removed, you can say that too

I am getting some weird security alerts while listening to music and switching songs:
"Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?"
When I check the certificate it says it is issued to www.surveymonkey.com. Any ideas what the hell this is?

That's something on your computer, perhaps some malware.
If you look at what foobar tries to access you will see it's audioscrobbler and the sources that you have selected for lyrics.

I would suggest clearing your browser's cache completely and doing a malware scan

One more thing, I set the Max count in Biography Server > Lastfm > Art work to 6, but in the Artist tab there is only 1 picture shoown (Auto cycle image enabled), any idea??

That's last.fm's fault. They have limited the amount of artwork you can fetch now so no matter the setting, you will only get 1 image.
I had switched to one of marc2003'sΒ scripts in a previous release that uses a different source and allows for more images to be saved. Unfortunately though I can't save the images in the new folder structure and I prefer having them stored with the songs rather than all inside the foobar folder so I'm going to stick with this method for now

I've changed it to the "songs" tab in the next release but it is not possible to have the skin remember the previously used tab as the plugin does not support that.
lucky is correct if you want to select a certain tab on your own.

From what I have experimented with, you can open another panel (tab) on startup, but I don't think it can remember last opened panel.
Right click on the left side > Splitter Setting, then you see the option of "Hide panel on startup." You can then play around with different panels.

First of all, great work with this theme/skin; it looks incredible! I do have a few issues with it though, and I haven't had any luck looking through the comments already here.
1) When searching through music under the "artists" tab, 99% of the artist pictures come up right away, and accurately. However, two of my artists who have albums under the same name default to the album cover art, rather than the artist picture. I can't seem to manually change the displayed artist picture for these albums.
2) Under the "artists" tab, when I click on an artist, all of the band's songs come up, sorted by album title and then track number. I'd rather have the artist's albums appear separately (preferably chronologically), each album with its own artwork, and then the tracks under that. Is this possible?

1)Are those self titled albums? The player creates an image folder inside of the playing tracks folder and in that downloads 2 images, 1 with the album name and the other with the artist's name. If it(the album) is self titled then it would just load the first image which would be the album. There isn't a way for the player to know the difference
2)You could create a new sorting option or do what I do and create a playlist comprised of just one artist. The album tab will then sort the playlist the way you are asking for

I have a bug in the library panel search bar. The cursor is always on top of the last character, instead of after it.
And the font change however, is a bit odd. All the ASCII characters are bolded while non-ASCII characters are not. This is really obvious in the library panel but not as visible in albums, artists, and songs panels. I believe that it is because Segoe (the font) only support ASCII characters, but you could not see the difference between ASCII and non-ASCII in v2.6. I'm hoping that the text can be revert back to more like v2.6 in future updates. Right now, I'm reserved to change to a font that supports UNICODE.

There is no font change, I've only added a glow effect to soften the sharp edges that windows renders them with. It's actually a smaller font size now but with the glow it ends up being a hair larger

One of the most idiot proof way to do it is to just copy the script from v2.6.
Open ELPlaylist Settings by Right click>Setting. Copy the v2.6 script for Track list, Group header, and Per Second.

Any way to get Zetro v2.6? Do not like using portable foobar on my desktop pc and the library panel breaks on non portable foobar installation (everything else works fine though).

Try this: Install in portable mode, add the Zetro files. Move the portable foobar2000 folder to Program Files, remove the file "portable_mode_enabled", then install Foobar normally.

Which was actually the main reason why I didn't want to use a portabgle version on desktop PC, was because portable doesn't support file associations.

Is there a way to change the font colour for things like the lyrics without changing it for everything else? White text works on almost no backgrounds.

Or, a truer way of putting it would be that white text works well on most backgrounds(see preview image above) and all if you use the "Brightness" control found in the appearance tab
To change the lyrics text, right click inside of that panel>Panel Preferences...>Custom colours
The other panels however will require you changing a bit of code

I add the media library like you said in the help picture. But why it keeps monitoring?My PC is not old,it has a i5 CPU.
And I can't find that button to custom search button.

Monitoring of the folders that you have added to the media library is standard foobar behaviour. All it does is search for changes inside of the folders added and locks them while the player is open
The search button for the quick search bar(the second black bar) is found inside skins>Zetro>buttons - search.bmp
Put this file www.dropbox.com/s/3ba7st4qs3og⦠inside of your foobar install and delete the "portable_mode_enabled" file
Then start foobar and go to the preferences window> Shell Integration>Manage file type associations.
Select the ones you want foobar to be default for, save and close foobar. Now undelete the "portable_mode_enabled" file

And I don't know how to manage songs in Playlists.How to see which songs are in the list,and add songs or remove songs from playlist and choose a song to play. If I double click a playlist,it starts to play music but not to expand the list.

If the option is still greyed out then you haven't removed the portable_mode file or you haven't placed the shell association file from the link inside your foobar folder. If you have done that you can right click on a music file>Open with.. and the choose foobar to be the default for that file type
To make a playlist, create a new one in the playlist manager using the + button, if it is selected go to the albums tab(or artist or songs) and drag the songs you want into foobar. They have now been added to that playlist
It displays playlists so if there is no playlist or it is empty then it will display nothing in the albums tab.

You can load the "WSH Album Filter" playlist and use the quick search bar in the "songs" view to search by title

In this screen i've got here, it says that the album contains 21 tracks.However only 20 are shown when i open up the album. This doesn't happen when i click the albums tab, but it's still pretty annoying.
Another issue is that the albums in library are not sorted chronologically, as I would want them to be. Any way to fix this?

The art you have takes priority. Art is drawn in layers so that yours will always be on top.
To disable downloading go to the preferences window->Biography Server->Last.fm->Artist and/or Album tab and uncheck "Enable cache"

Hey, thanks for the foobar skin! This is the first thing I download after foobar. And you are probably tired of hearing this but is there anyway to make the artwork section in album and artist (info) tabs show the real aspect ratio? Some of them looks way of wonkt because the original images are portrait. I tried to read some other people comments but nothing.

Right click on a picture -> Options -> Keep AspectRatio. You have to do it for both tabs.
