Instructions
For Portable
1. Extract the contents of this download directly into your foobar2000 folder.
For Standard
1. Extract to "C:\\Program Files (x86)\\foobar2000\\"
1a. Also extract the "Configuration" folder to "C:\\users\\appdata\\roaming\\foobar2000\\"Β Β
2. Install the provided font located in skins->Zetro->font (only if you do not have Segoe UI)
Make sure to look in the provided Help folder for more instructions. (The help files were made for an older version of Zetro but are still applicable)
If you want credit for your image, just say so
If you want an image removed, you can say that too

My player starts in Songs column, how can I change to start in Album column?

Right click on "Songs" tab -> Splitter settings -> Uncheck "Hide on startup" for the "Album" option -> Check that box for all others

Finally managed to install the skin. Having some problems with album art showing under the Artist, Genre, and Songs subcategories of the Playlist category. Album art, however, is displayed properly under the subcategory of Album under the category of Playlist, so proper music file tagging is not the problem. How can I fix this?
On a side note, is there any way to scale everything, such as fonts, because my native screen resolution is QHD (3200x1800).
Is there any option to have a scroll bar under the Album subcategory of the Playlist category. a scroll bar would make navigating much faster.

Yes, use the flat version . If it is in fact only this skin that is lagging for you it will most likely be the price of all that transparency. I noticed when making the flat version that their were some old commands that could be removed from this but the difference (I think) would be minimal. You can have a go if you like. Go to the script for the playlists by right clicking->Settings... replace all instances of $drawimage with $imageabs

I've read somewhere similar of what you're suggesting, but for text, instead.Β The suggestion was to only use drawtextex (instead of drawstring) in the script.Β Regarding the flat version, is there a way to quickly test it? I'm not sure of what you mean. Thank you!

I've never heard of these issues before but try installing foobar in portable mode and then extract the contents of the Zetro download directly into the foobar2000 folder.
Keyboard shotcuts are enabled and changed inside of the Preferences window, not by adding a panel.
To prevent or change the location for downloaded art work, look a few posts down because I've given an answer with all the detailsΒ you will need. Good luck

Your image shows that the WSH panel is loading but the scripts are either not found or being blocked. If it worked before and doesn't now I would suggest that some sort of security software, such as your antivirus, has updated and is blocking the use of Jscript files. This happened to me before when I was using Avast.

If you want to change the location
Go into the preferences window by way of the menu button->File->Preferences.
Now look in the tree list for Tools->Biography Server->Last.fm.Β
On the Artist and Album tab you will see a box selected "Enable Cache", you can uncheck both instances for no images to be downloaded or change the image location to one you would prefer.
If you change it, you will have to edit the code in the playlist views in order for the skin to locate the new location.
To change the location in the playlist go to the desired playlist view and right click->Settings...->Field definition tab. Double click on ALBUM or ARTIST PATH and replace what is there with the new location. There is no need to edit any other code beyond that.
If there was no image found then you will end up with the generic image. If it is the first time a the song is being played you can hit the refresh button and if there any art has been downloaded, it will appear. It's important that songs are tagged correctly or else foobar will not know what to look for.
Hit the buttons and find out . The cloud in the lyrics panel will allow you to download the lyrics for the song that is currently playing. The folder will open up an explored window to the location of the playing file.

If you want to stop the automatic creation of artwork files (Image folder) inside the folder containing the played audio tracks, then:
Preferences --> Tools --> Biography Server
Β Β --> Artist --> Image: C:\path\cache\artists\%artist%\%artist%
Β Β --> Album --> Image: C:\path\cache\album\%album%\%album%
By doing so, new artwork will be placed in the folders posted above, dynamically created according to the album and artist tag of the played track.
But then, if you want to display those newly created artworks in the album and artist panel, you have to modify the WHS Panel Mod script changing the following from:
$drawimage(-50,0,$add(%ps_width%,52),$add(%ps_height%,0),$directory_path(%path%)\Images\%album%.*,wc keepaspect)

Please note: in my custom version I've modified the size of the displayed artwork so that the original aspect is preserved, so the resulting displayed images could be smaller, but less "distorted". I'm using a full HD notebook.

How do i access the WHS Panel Mod script in order to change those two lines? I've right clicked everywhere on my player and looked through all the scripts but can't find them anywhere on my installation

I've been able to fix this customization so that now it completely works with both foobar versions (portable and installed). If you had the WHS Panel Mod error and some images weren't loading at the startup, now it is solved. If you're interested, I'll upload the file.

You can try my new skin
The reason for those font effects was so that the text will be easier to read on most backgrounds. It can be removed by removing some code:
Right click on each playlist->Settings...-> now you will have to search for any code that looks similar to this,
$add($get(text.left),21),8,$sub(%el_width%,300),%el_height%,%TEXT.SHADOW%-10,nowrap elipchar glow_aa,outline:%TEXT.SHADOW%-20)
and remove the "glow_aa,outline%TEXT.SHADOW%-20) so the new code would look like this,
$add($get(text.left),21),8,$sub(%el_width%,300),%el_height%,%TEXT.SHADOW%-10,nowrap elipchar,)

Extract the contents of the Zetro rar file you download from here.
Start foobar and go to the preferences, in display select ColumnsUI. Restart foobar
There are some help files to help you further. Go into the foobar2000 folder->skins->Zetro->help.

One more thing, if you want to remove the white boarder click on the 3 dots, File->Preferences. Select Main Window in the tree, under Areo effects, reduce the numbers to 0 or select default in the drop down. I made this skin using Windows 7 so the glass effects will not work the same on Windows 8+

While you are on that playlist view, right click->Settings...Style tab->Font button, it should be "Font - Segoe UI and Font size - 10. If you have the same problem on the other playlist views do the same thing.
Also, I noticed you scrollbar is not fully hidden. Right click on any one of the black sorting button running across the top->Splitter settings...->Script tab, you should see this: $put(scroll.width,21). Just increase the 21 to say 25. That should hide it completely.

No, cover art is usual a square so the image is drawn in a 4x3 aspect ratio. That image you are using is the front and back joined together so it is much wider and would not fit unless resized.
