Fantastic artwork, fellow Star Wars fan, but may I ask what the Tarkin Doctrine is, exactly? I'm not really that well-versed in the Extended Universe.

I'm not exactly where it lies officially in Star Wars Universe, but has to do with his first statement from Moff to Grand Moff and why he felt the Republic had to change to an Empire, I guess under Palpatines leadership!
