Helicopter at a hospital in Duisburg. Christ that was loud. In the middle of a peaceful holiday walk with my irritating little brother... well lets just say it caught us by surprise.HDR from three faked exposures>Tone mapping>Convert to grayscale in photoshop>gradient map with an overlay blending mode>reduced opacity to 60%

Wow! I love the chopper's blades and the purple colouring!
I think the crane kinda ruins the image of it being a hospital though, but nothing you could do there I expect.
