Hello again ^^Well, this is the tutorial about how I make the lineart in Photoshop (I already made one for Corel Photopaint)
It is in english AND spanish (I hope you can understand my english >_>;;;.... )
WARNING: the file is BIG!! It is 2053 x 1005 pixels, so DOWNLOAD it for a fullview.

EDIT: Oh, yes!! This is IMPORTANT!! When you finish the cleaning of the lineart and you want to color it (STEP #9), you must change the mode to RGB again.
So, go to menu IMAGE > MODE > RGB Color ...And then, when it asks you about to combine all the layers or not, choose "NOT COMBINE", thats all. ^_^

EDITADO: Esto es muy IMPORTANTE!! Cuando termines de limpiar el lineart y quieras pintarlo (PASO #9), debes cambiar al modo RGB de nuevo. Entonces, selecciona el menu IMAGEN > MODO > RGB Color ...Y luego, cuando te pregunte si quieres combinar todas las capas o no, elige "NO COMBINAR", eso es todo. ^_^

Oh. Wow. I think I get it now. Thank you so much. The concept is simpler than I thought. But it looks time consuming...
Also, instead of adjusting the brightness/contrast, you can adjust the black and white levels. Ctrl + L, I believe. From there you can adjust the whiteness of the whites and the blackness of the blacks. I've used it a lot to clean scans in the past.

Excelente Tutorial... Creo que tenemos el mismo concepto de delineado con Photosop... solo que en mi caso aplico como extra una capa de la imagen vectorizada en Illustator (el vectorizado lo hace automaticamente el programa) de ahi aplico la capa de Illustrator (al 40%) sobre la de las lineas originales y procedo al limpiado del mismo...
Aun es un trabajo pesado... pero da buenos resultados n.n
Preparare un tutorial para ilustrar esto...

WOW!!! Es realmente muy util, en especial la parte de limpieza del lineart, en gral cuando trato de scannear un lineart hecho a mano y limpiarlo en la PC al usar la magic wand para borrar el fondo blanco termino borrando gran parte del lineart tambien...

after we do the cleaning of the line art, do we switch the mode back to RGB or something? =/ cause if its in grayscale mode....there wont be colors T_T
and when I try to switch back, it merges all the layers D8 help?
