Description
Was asked to do a re-design concept of Godzilla for some folks who wanna make a short series of movies.I was supposed to make him look seriously evil, and I think it turned out pretty well. ^_^

BAD. ASS. But why's he wounded? It makes him look less invincible than he's supposed to be... or maybe the military finally developed a weapon strong enough to penetrate his hide? Or... what if he's got some kind of skin disease? Or what if his skin is actually peeling away because his inherent radiation is finally getting too much for his body? This redesign brings up a lot of questions, and lots of ideas. And I think it accomplishes what a redesign should do - make fans rethink a character in terms of vision and idea. Great!

Actually msot of that is true, he's constantly scarring and regenerating from the atomic blast that created him and the atomic energy inside him. I threw out the suggestion that when he uses his atomic breath the skin around his neck,jaws, and spines begins to melt off and slowly regenerate again.
