Yes, I do love to tell a hint of a story in my images. I like to give the viewer a little push and let them have room to expand the story in their minds and let it flow where they like. Comments like yours are particularly rewarding to me. Thanks!

Thanks, I'm glad you like my work.
I created the atmosphere from the default Vue atmosphere. I gave the sky color a really dark blue and the decay color a light purple. I lowered the sky mean altitude to around 1.5Km and the decay mean altitude to around 4Km. The aerial perspective is at 40. Scattering anisotropy is 0.95 and glow intensity is 80%.
I also added a bit of haze (20%) and fog (25%), with the respective default colors. Both haze and fog have low altitudes (around 200m).
That's it!

You're welcome.
You may be surprised, but that cloud is a pure and simple group of 3 metaclouds ("simple diffuse" type), nothing changed.
