Description
Melting a block of beeswax by increasing his body temperature was challenging for Djehuti in ways he didn't expect, but he learned quite a bit about heat in the process. Dreading the idea of getting wax everywhere, he first tried putting the block into a pot and heating the pot with his hands... but the pot absorbed the heat and radiated it back at him, quickly becoming uncomfortable to touch. Alas he finally resigned to go 'hands on' but it was every bit as dreadful as he'd expected... if he got this stuff into his feathers he feared it would never come out!

Fortunately he remembered that Nymble had offered to help, and Djehuti seemed to have gotten the basics of this technique down at least, so he invited the blue Wyngro over. He had an idea. With the less squeamish Nymble to melt the wax so they could add scents and colors to it, Djehuti would then use his own magic to keep it warm enough to be soft and pliable. He then sculpted the wax around the wicks and made pretty lotus flower candles that could float on water while they burned. Nymble took half of them home, and Djehuti would later present one to Mrs. Netty before class.

Now this is a sloppy background! Got it done tho. This weekend is going to be nuts...
