A 'repaint' I did using Instructions for TF: CYBERTRON Thunderblast I scanned & edited myself from the copy of the instructions that came with the toy.Macabre. A completely obscure character that appeared once in the TF UK comic, killed the Wreckers leader Impactor, and then got blown to smithereens by the other Wreckers. Only Macabre was a guy. I femed him up. Actually, the similarities between Macabre and the Thunderblast mold were so many, I couldn’t NOT do it. Similar-ish head molds, Scourge-like wings, slim and lanky limbs, and a gianormous gun. Thunderblast is even 1 step away from having the big “M” on her belly like Macabre did. Finding the right colorscheme was a bitch though, I tried for hours to get it right last night, but was never happy with it. Went to sleep and when I woke up, I had another go at it from scratch and this is what I came up with. Much happier with this. And again, I would totally buy this figure.

Very nice repaint idea, Assey. Even if I barely have any idea who the hell Macabre is. Although that Obscure TF web site did help some. I might have suggested that you do a project to take a whole mess of these characters and give them actual toys and alt-modes, but seeing as almost all of them don't have alt-modes (or seem to have them, anyways) it would probably be a waste of time. (And no I'm not trying to provoke/challenge/con you into doing such a project.

I generally WON'T do anything someone sugests i do. Maybe it's just i don't like being told what to do, but as soon as someone goes "you should do (blank) as (blank) repaint", even if it was a plan i WAS going to do, it'll stop me from doing it. I don't want anyone to influence my own ideas. Or them to think for even a second that they are responsible for my idea/work.
With, of course, the exception of certain people who it's actually FUN working with.

(though she did, out of the blue, try drawing her vehicle mode the other day. ...Didn't exactly go as planned, so I doubt it'll ever see the light of day, heh.
