This is a very detailed tutorial that covers two primary aspects that I do in most of my vectoring: Shading and Lighting.

A while ago, I asked my watchers if they wanted me to update my previous tutorial on shading, or to make another one. The results were close, so I put the two together here.

This tutorial shows you the following:

Shading
Eye Detailing
Shading (Level 2)
Glowing Effects
Lighting

The picture featured in this tutorial showcases both lighting and shading, so I redid those aspects and created this tutorial out of it. Find the deviation of this picture here:
