Description
I tried my best to make a tutorial for you guys and I really hope you guys like it and that it's useful. At the end I had to simplify it due to my computer crashing and me losing work and not wanting to spend another 2 or three hours fixing it. Tell me what you guys think in the comments below since this is my first ever tutorial! Should I simplify the entire thing or is it good being a progressive state? What can I change to make it better? etc etc.EDIT: Changed 'vectors' to Show Styled. I figure that's a better way of calling it since I don't want people yelling at me that it's not real vectors.
CHANGE: I'm too lazy to change the tutorial itself plus it slows down my computer opening it so I'll say it here! If the file is bigger than 3500x3500 or 4000x4000 the ellipse tool can be used if antialiasing is on and you feather the edges by 1 px!
Β If you need any help just leave a comment about your problem and I'll help you.
Also I'd LOVE to see what you guys make! So if you want leave a link in the comments of pony art you guys do thanks to this
tyler611.deviantart.com/art/DE⦠There's what I has made to try and make this tutorial happen.
Also it should be Gradient not radient.

BUT NOW I KNOW
Thank you. You've done good.

There is a problem though. When you're explain the stroke path it's not very clear and it's extremely confusing to understand. Well, at least it is for me.

Ah yea pathing is kinda difficult but it's easy once you get the hang of it. When you select the pathing tool you can click and put down a point then when you click again another point is put down which is now attached the to the previous point you just put. You want to put each point at an edge somewhere and curve it along the line. If you can't then move one of the points until you can get a curve you like. It's a trial and error process mostly. I'm not entirely sure how to explain it properly but just mess around with the tool a bit and try and get used to it.

Nono, I got that. It's the part where I'm supposed to use the eraser in pathing to get the edge that I have trouble in. (The paragraph where you said "So after I hit stoke I ended up with this instead of a point" and the one after that.)

Ah well if you have something that is supposed to end in a point or a curve you want to use the eraser to create it. The paths tool can help with curves while points I normally use Shift+eraser since it makes a straight erase. From the middle of the line you want to click then hold shift and move it to where you want the nagle of the point to be then click again. It's all trial an error. The eraser size should be the same size as the lines as it creates a cmoother looking appeareance when erased.

Yea I reccomended using a mouse for this anyways since it's more precise and easy to zoom and such instead of a trackpad or a tablet pen.

I found badges in my message center. A Llama badge and a deviantART badge. I asked another guy before and he said that he have badges too but he don't know for what they are. And when I go to my profile-page I can see the badge logos next to my name. I don't know why I have them!

People can send you llamas and other kinds of badges. They're useless as far as I know but they're still pretty cool to just have around.
