Multiply doesent seem to work for me :/ I use photoshop, and when I turn the colors back on it looks messed up >_<

Real cell shading doesn't use multiply.

You can do this type of cell shading on either SAI or Photoshop. It just takes a little more patience if you aren't used to using it. I personally prefer SAI though

Sure, you can do it in GIMP, there just might be a few adjustments to the settings and such that you'd have to make

I got a little confused at step 11 with the clipping mask and circular gradient.
When I right click a layer, I couldn't find the clipping mask. I tried looking for it elsewhere, but...?
And I don't think I have circular gradient, but I'll have to look around some more.
It might be different since I'm using photoshop elements 7?
I have nooo clue, but this is my first time using this program. xD
